Wii Fit
Today I started to track my results and do some ‘training’ on the Wii Fit.
The Wii Fit is a fitness ‘game’ that has a range of different activities ranging from Yoga through to Muscle Works Outs from Aerobic exercises to Balance games. You can customise your character ‘Mii’ which is quite fun trying to make a cartoon of yourself.
The Wii Fit has a function that lets you weigh in and measures your BMI. You also have the option of doing a body test, the results combined with your weight & age calculate your Wii Fit “age”.
This morning I weighed in at 75.3 kilos and with a pretty crappy result from the body test, my Wii Fit age is ……..34!! arrgh i am only 23 so that is + 11 years, a pretty shitty result, but lots of room to improve..
After the initial setup and weigh in the Wii Fit asked me how many kilos I want to lose in the next 2 weeks. I set my goal as 3 or 3.5 kilos (I can’t remember). Then I picked my ‘personal trainer’ and went on to do some yoga, aerobics, balance activities.
I will continue to track my progress through the Wii Fit and will incorporate the results in my B2B Boot(y) Camp blogs.
