Bride-to-Be Boot(y) Camp

As of yesterday it is 8 weeks until the 8th of August 2008, Olympics opening night & more importantly my wedding day!!

Its all very exciting however I am still wanting to shed a few more unwanted kilos, 10 would be awesome, 7 is more realistic .. as a friend once told me ‘if you can’t look good on your wedding day, when will you look good’ that was enough motivation for me 3 months ago, however i did lose a few kilos and since my clothes had gotten a bit loose i started to get a bit slack, but no more!!

I have decided to blog about this as I am hoping it will keep me on track by recording my results and motivate me to stick to my gym routine & healthy eating!!

Basically I have devised a killer body work out, & I am being taken care of by my ‘personal chef’ Lite ‘n’ Easy.

RPM is an indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity. Burning up to 800 calories in one 45 minute session, RPM is a favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat. No coordination necessary… my kind of work out, once you get through to track 4 the last 3 tracks are a sweaty, breathless whir..
PUMP is a 45 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights tot one and condition muscle while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. Pump is proven to be the the ‘worlds fastest way to get in shape’ … this one requires a little more thinking but is well worth it, and you can really feel it the next day, which is somewhat satisfying.

Lite ‘n’ Easy is a calorie controlled diet prepared and delivered to your (my) door on a weekly basis. I pick my menu online from what is on offer for that particular week.

I have been using Lite ‘n’ Easy for a few months and it works, however in the last couple of weeks i have fallen of the wagon and have eaten a few take out meals along the way … which have stunted my weight loss.

So basically as of Week 1, Day 1 (Wednesday) i will check in to LLC with what i have eaten and what exercise i have participated in … I will also be using my little personal trainer Wii Fit, to track my results …GOOD LUCK to me!
